Q. How many people can you cater for?

A. The Park can cater for numbers ranging from two to 200 people for a conferencing/event. However we can cater for several thousand people should our stands be required!

Q. How flexible are the room layouts?

A. The rooms are extremely flexible and we can with ease move furniture appropriately to cater for any event.

Q. Is parking available?

A.Yes parking is free and available on site. There is room for approximately 150 cars,

Q. What technological equipment is available in the rooms?

A. Every room that is available for conferencing, has free Wi-Fi available, as well as either a projector/wide screen television to project any presentations. Each room is also equipped with a flip-chart, delegate pens/pencils & scribble pads

Should you have any additional requirements please do speak to our team who will do all they can to help.

Q. Can I access to the venue prior to the event, to setup or leave equipment etc?

A. If there is not an event prior to your event we will happily allow access to setup or drop off equipment. Should the venue be in use, we can happily provide an appropriate storage area.

Q. I am coming to the ground via public transport, where are the nearest stops?

A. Train: The park is next door to St James Park train station, which is no more then 400 metres from the conferencing venue

Bus: The ground is within easy reach of Exeter’s central bus station and we are also accessible from E, F1 and F2 routes.

Q. Can you accommodate for specific dietary requirements?

A. Our fantastic Catering Manager Rose Clace can happily provide food suitable for all dietary requirements. Should you require something additional we will more then happily provide whatever is required.

Q. I am having an alternative event that is not a “traditional” conference style, can you accommodate this?

A. We have had a variety of different events hosted at The Park, from multi faith engagements, to bouncy castle fun days. All of our team will happily support and organize any event with whatever is required.

Q. What facilities do you have for the disabled?

A. All of our suites are accessible via a lift, as well as a stair lift. Similarly all of suites have disabled toilets available.
